Outpatient Program (OP)
Ongoing Support for Long-Term Recovery
What Is OP?
Our Outpatient Program (OP) offers continued support for individuals who have completed a higher level of care or who need structured but less intensive treatment. OP helps you stay connected to the recovery process while balancing the demands of daily life.

This is recovery that fits into your routine—without letting you lose momentum.

Who OP Is For
What OP Includes
AdultProgram
OP is ideal for adults who:
-
Are stepping down from IOP or PHP
-
Have completed treatment but want continued group or individual support
-
Are functioning well in work, home, or school but still benefit from structure
-
Want to reinforce relapse prevention skills and stay accountable
-
Prefer to stay engaged in therapy while gradually transitioning to independence

If you’ve completed a more intensive program—or if you’re re-engaging with support after time away—OP meets you where you are.
Clients in OP typically attend programming 1–2 days per week, depending on their needs. Each group session is about 90–120 minutes, and individual therapy is available as needed.

Your OP plan may include:
-
✅ Weekly or biweekly group therapy
-
✅ Ongoing individual therapy/counseling (optional)
-
✅ Urine drug screens and accountability
-
✅ Continued life skills and relapse prevention
-
✅ Family support or alumni group access

We’ll help you build a schedule that supports your goals, not disrupts your life.
