Free, Ongoing Community Support for Families and Alumni

Because No One Should Walk This Alone

Recovery doesn’t stop when treatment ends—and neither does our support.

At Connected Path Recovery, we offer free, therapist-led support groups every week to help clients, friends, families and alumni stay connected, informed, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating a loved one’s recovery or continuing your own, you’re welcome here.

You don’t have to be a current client to attend. Just show up as you are.
